The greater Fort Smith Ad Club is hosting their 2nd annual DodgeBrawl 2006
dodgeball tourney this Saturday. It benefits the community clearing house and scholarships at the u of a in ft. smith. We had a blast last year and some people got blasted. The best battle was between police and the fire dept. that game made the news on 40/29, it was brutal. I'm an active member and we are a few teams short, and it's for a very good cause. The consessions go to the back-pack program to help get food to children in Ark & Ok who are in need of meals after school and during the summer. If you just want to watch some battles it only costs a canned good to get in. You can get all the info at www.dodgebrawl.com (you must be 18 or older to play. Sorry for the shameless plug on the corral but there are some kids in need and this is a fun way to get them some help.

I'm just tryin' to lure you guys over to the fort to get your mouth smashed.
(only kidding for those crybabies out there!) It is a good way to get some community awareness and to hook these kids and college students up! I mean really though, who doesn't want to see a big fireman bust a cop in the wig one time:eek: !

Don't be sorry at all, dude. It's all good.

btw, We encourage people to let us know about good things in their community that benefit their citizens - (businesses excluded, of course).

On the real... it sounds like a great cause. Hopefully you'll be able to round up a few people.

Me and the guys are only 17 or we'd be participating. What time and where is it? We might have to make an appearance.

Hey Prez go to the website, it's at Trinity school, on the left a couple of blocks before you go down the hill to central mall. If you know any of the old guy softball teams (they seem to be the ones we get the most) or people who work in big plants like Rheem or Whirpool let them know we have extended the deadline until tommorrow!

I doubt they'll do it on such short notice, but you should try the casinos. They're awesome! Try Cherokee and Chotaw Casinos from all the area branches. I know most of the security and other positions would have a go. Sallisaw Cherokee Casino security is crazy!
