No joke: Watts beats Prue by 104-74 score
Watts and Prue combined for some Oklahoma high school football history Friday night.

The Engineers (3-4, 2-3 District B-3) beat the Rockets (1-6, 1-5) by a score of 104-74. Watts’ 104 points marked the first time since 1953 that a team had topped the century mark. Stillwater beat Chilocco 101-13 that year.

Watts senior halfback Bobby Tehee scored nine touchdowns for the Engineers. With his two two-point conversion runs, Tehee accounted for 58 points.

Prue led the game at the end of the first quarter, 22-16, but Watts scored 30 points in the second to go ahead, then added 28 in the third and 30 in the fourth. Prue scored 12 in the second and 20 in each the third and fourth quarters.

That was the best and worst game I have ever seen. Just to get a little info out there, Chance Cavin for Prue had 396 yard of total offense. 250 rushing and 146 recieving and 6 touchdowns. These totals were on a 80 yard field too! I couldn't tell you what happened to the kids on defense. It was the dangest thing I have ever seen.
