Ok..here we go! I don't know if there were any other games tonight...but I know that Wyandotte played Joplin J/V. Joplin throws the ball 9 outta 10 times and probably attempted 50 passes or so and completed over half of them...so...
Wyandotte- 25
Joplin J/V- 34

coalgate 41 hartshorne 14. Coalgate played a very physical game on Defense. Defense only gave up one touchdown. Offense is starting to play good football to Jordan Black played lights out for the second straight game we have got us a #1 back know. The passing is starting to get on a role. This was an all around team game.2a have better look out C-town will be coming to a stadium near you .Better take notice

Colcord 18 Gavette 6

Colcord played a good game but penalties and terrible field position kept the offense from ever really getting anything going. Still a win is a win and we'll gladly take it.

Tahlequah Sequoyah 20 Holland Hall 13. T.S. beat the Dutchmen with their ground game. I don't think they threw more than 5 passes the whole game. And I don't think they completed very many of the five. They could have run the score up at the end when they had the ball on the H.H. 10 yd. line with about 1 min. to go but chose to take a knee.

Nice job TS. Looking forward to a GREAT game in Colcord on Oct 19th. I hope both teams are still undefeated.

It should be a CLASSIC.

Chandler - 12
Meeker - 7

Chandler did not decide to start playing until there was about 5 minutes left in the game.

Taking a knee was a smart thing to do. Now there's no risk of anyone getting hurt or something of that nature.

Not making excuses, but . . . . . .

I wasn't at the game personally, but I was told that we didn't play all that well. We didn't hit 54 until the third quarter. Those two scores came on our second string. Like I said, that's what I was told.

Ah well that makes sense then.
