TONKAWA — Northern Oklahoma College women's basketball coach Greg Krause announced today that he has signed Brianne Grisham of Midwest City to a letter of intent to play at NOC next season.
Grisham is a 5-foot-7 guard, who played basketball at Carl Albert High School.
She averaged 13.1 points , five steals and four assists per game her senior year.
She was named to the Oklahoma Girls Basketball Coaches All-State team (Large West), to the Daily Oklahoma all-state team, to the OSSAA all-state team, and was first team Big all-city, first team Surburban All-Conference, first team Class 5A state tournament team. She was a McDonald's all-American nominee and was named to the all-tournament teams at El Reno and at Carl Albert.
"Brianne can play any guard position and is a very well rounded player," Kraise said. "She plays outstanding defense and will be very effective at covering good guards. Bri will have an impact on our team right away."
