I saw this on the noon edition of Sportscenter while I was on lunch:
Who benefits the other more? Brett Favre to Adrian Peterson or AD to Favre.
I think Peterson is a bigger benefit to Favre more.
I'll give some reasons here in a while.

I think it's mutual because of their ability to play the game at the next level. I thought Favre was nuts for wanting to come back and play as an old timer but the knowledge he has for the game is parralleled by only a few. His ability to read the defense and still make the plays with his arm allows breathing room for AD and Petersons explosive threat keeps linebackers in tight allowing recievers to slip behind them. Like I said, I thought Favre was washed up but each and every week his age means nothing with the right personel around him. His play is making AD look better than ever before.

AD to Brett.
Favre has been able to get more 1-1 coverage with his receivers. That's to Bretts advantage.
