East side

Sallisaw Central will drop out of the rankings pretty fast. They lost all their move in players..... I watched Oktaha play 3 times this year and they are pretty good. They don't have any over powering pitching just guys that throw strikes. Their D is real solid and they put the ball in play with the sticks. Just a solid all around team. Gore (9-4) will move up as the season moves forward, beating #7 Leedy, and #10 Pioneer, #11 Sallisaw Central. They lost to Eufaula, Checotah, Fletcher and Oktaha. Eufaula and Checotah game they had 3 starters out on an out of state academic trip.

How close Gore play Oktaha and Eufaula?

Dale is pretty stacked (what's new!?!?!?!). They run-ruled Washington 9-0, which isn't too big of deal with how Wash has been playing lately, but still heard they were stout!

Washington did beat Crescent.

Pocola is going to drop out also soon so far all i know about them is they lost to wister # 13 i think in class a. i heard they were having a down year but the rankings arent showing it who knows

Gore got beat 11-5 by oktaha. Oktaha had 0 errors and played solid ball. Gore had 2 freshman pitching and they were throwing BP. Gore hit the ball, they just hit it to someone. Probably 5 Oktaha runs were un earned, walks and errors then giving up 3 long balls.
(Oktaha is a solid team that makes few mistakes, they are not un beatable, but you will have to make no mistakes in the field and hit the gaps to beat them.)

Eufaula:

Gore had 4 players gone on acedemic trip to Washington DC, 3were starters. Eufaula won 10-0 on a run rule. Eufaula is the real deal, Definately a top 5 team.

Oktaha vs Gore rematch is scheduled for April 7th at Oktaha.

Pocola is young but they are going to be fine. The loss to Wister came the day after they beat us 15-14 in 14 innings and had no pitching left. The game lasted 5 and a half hours so fatigue may have played a factor too.:thumbsup:

Wow 14 innings thats a lot we went to 10 with idabel and i thought that was long. Its going to be an interesting year in the leflore county tourny. With top seeded with then heavener then pocola with spiro following them all 4 teams have lots of talent this year
