I know that the Chiefs are one of the worst teams in the NFL but when I heard that Tony Gonzalez wanted a trade, I almost cried lol. And plus at work, I'm being mouth by MIAMI DOLPHIN fans. They won one game last year lol. O well, maybe in the draft will get a QB or maybe even better a line.

They should have traded Gonzales, but I think other teams don't want to cough up the money it would cost for Tony. Also, you've got draft picks that you would have to give up. Does Gonzales demand that much on the market. My answer - No.

He's a great player and has been a TRUE Chief. Reality, he has maybe two more years in the NFL. Look at Shockey. I liked the trade to NO. What has Shockey done for the Saints - nothing. He's injury prone at his age. I'm not real familiar with Gonzales health history, but teams are not going to give up that much money & draft picks for aging Tony.

My guess, Tony will retire a KC Chief. And, they’re still going to be bad. . .

What are you talking about "come around". I'm a long time fan of both the Chiefs and the Rangers and it has never come around. Both these franchises just don't get it I don't even get excited when the season rolls around because I know what's going to happed. The Rays are now a more successful franchise then the Rangers what a joke. It's the pitching stupid but I'm sure they'll get another bat in the off season. I think this is why I amerce myself in high school and college sports because my pro teams SUCK so bad. Herm Edwards who didn't see that train wreck coming? Everyone except the people that hired him.
