Blood tests back on Sutton
A new charge was added today to Eddie Sutton’s prior two charges—Aggravated Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol-Personal Injury Accident. He had previously been charged with speeding and driving left of center. A press conference is being held today with Stillwater Police Chief Norman McNickle and Payne County District Attorney Rob Hudson.
Police records show he had a blood alcohol concentration of .22 and was driving while under the influence of an intoxicating beverage.

It has been reported that these are misdemeanor charges:
1. Aggravated Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol-Personal Injury Accident
2. Left of center
3. Exceeding the speed limit
"0.08" is Oklahoma State limit.
